Yes. Individual crew who are not on a standing airline account can book and pay online, by phone, or via the app. We issue a GST receipt immediately upon completion — suitable for expense claims. If your airline later establishes a standing account, existing crew members can be transferred onto it.
Yes. Line engineers, maintenance supervisors, and avionics technicians on overnight callouts are a significant part of our crew business. We understand that engineering callouts are often high-urgency — an AOG aircraft needs the right engineer on-site fast. Our standby capability is as relevant for technical crew as it is for flight deck or cabin crew.
Yes. We service Auckland (AKL), Christchurch (CHC), Wellington (WLG), and Queenstown (ZQN) for crew movements. New Zealand transfers are billed in NZD. For airlines operating trans-Tasman routes, we can handle crew transport on both sides of the Tasman under a single consolidated account.
