What Melbourne passengers
say about us.

★★★★★

Landed late from Singapore, driver was waiting in T1 arrivals. CBD hotel in under 30 minutes. Could not have been easier. Will always use Airport Shuttle Services from Melbourne.

Virgin Australia flight, landed at T4. Driver knew exactly where to meet us. Fitzroy in under 35 minutes. Fare was exactly what was quoted — no CityLink surprise at the end.

Frequently asked questions

Melbourne Airport
transfer FAQs.

Melbourne Airport at Tullamarine is approximately 23 km from the Melbourne CBD. In normal traffic the drive takes 25–30 minutes via CityLink and the Tullamarine Freeway. During peak hour (7–9am and 4–7pm weekdays) allow 40–55 minutes. All CityLink and Tulla Freeway tolls are included in your fare — there is no additional toll charge on the day.
T1 is the International Terminal for most international airlines including Qantas international, Singapore, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, and Air New Zealand. T2 handles Jetstar international services. T3 is for Qantas domestic, QantasLink, and Network Aviation. T4 is for Virgin Australia, Rex Airlines, Bonza, and Alliance Airlines. Always check your boarding pass — the terminal is printed on it. We service all four terminals.
Yes. All CityLink and Tullamarine Freeway tolls are included in your quoted fare. The price you see when you calculate your fare is the total price you pay. No toll surcharges are added on the day — this is one of the most common complaints passengers have about other Melbourne transfer services, and we have made tolls-included standard since day one.
Yes. We service all Mornington Peninsula destinations including Frankston, Mornington, Rosebud, Rye, Sorrento, and Portsea from $149 (~60 minutes). Our van/group class is ideal for families with luggage heading to Peninsula accommodation.
Yes. Geelong CBD transfers start from $129 (~75 minutes via the Western Ring Road and Princes Freeway). We also service Torquay, Jan Juc, Lorne, Anglesea, and the Surf Coast. The Geelong Ring Road toll is included in your fare.
There is currently no direct train from Melbourne Airport to the CBD. SkyBus operates a coach service from the airport to Southern Cross Station (approximately 30 minutes, from $24.50), but this is impractical for passengers with significant luggage or travelling to destinations beyond the CBD. A private transfer is the most convenient door-to-door option.
