Single modern terminal — Wellcamp
Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport is located at Wellcamp, approximately 18 km west of the Toowoomba CBD. The terminal is modern, purpose-built, and compact — arrivals exit directly into the pick-up area where your driver waits with a name board.
The airport was built to handle significant growth and includes a 2,870-metre runway capable of accommodating wide-body aircraft. While commercial services currently connect to Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, the airport has international charter and freight capability and is used for agricultural export flights.
Note that this is Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport (TWB / YBWW) — not to be confused with the old Toowoomba City Aerodrome (THG) which was the previous Toowoomba airfield and is no longer used for commercial flights.
